Online Self-Study Classes!

This demo site is powered by LearnDash, the leading WordPress LMS plugin for organizing and tracking learning. But it also goes far beyond what LearnDash can do. We’ve added countless new features, workflow enhancements and optimizations to create an engaging learning experience with WordPress.
This is a model site that incorporates best practices learned after building dozens of LearnDash sites for small businesses. With our customizations, this platform opens up entirely new options for learner engagement and tracking that aren’t possible anywhere else.

Introductory Course

You will have access for one full year to all online sessions (Live Webinars) associated with the course(s) you register for.  This applies even if you originally attend our “in-person” or “hybrid” courses!

This is in addition to any access provided to online self-study materials by our education partners (i.e. ProFMI® the ProFM Institute, etc.).

Depending on the course and enrollment, we teach each course in a 100% webinar format at least twice per year.  For our most popular courses this can be as many as four times per year.  Thus, in addition to the course session you originally signed up for, you can attend at least one more full set of course sessions at no additional charge!  Possibly even more!  These “refresher” sessions can prove invaluable as you are studying for a certification exam, or other career advancement opportunity!

In addition, if you missed lessons or scheduled days of class during your original course session, this gives you the opportunity to get full value of each content section at a later date.

Intermediate / Body of Knowledge

Each month, FM College puts on a “Lunch & Learn” webinar that is specific to each of our courses.  All current and past students are welcome to attend these sessions (by reservation).  There is no additional cost to you.

Each month’s topic is different and related to a specific course topic,  Sometimes we have expert guest speakers, but always the topic reflects “state of the art” thinking.

Our goal with each session is to reinforce the relevance and “current affairs” of a key topic of the associated course.  Facilities management is an area that is rapidly changing due to macro conditions (Covid-19 for example), technology, work place re-design, sustainability, and many other issues.  Change management is an important part of our role.  As your FM education partner, keeping you informed of the “current state of the art” is a key part of earning your ongoing trust.

Specialist Knowledge

Each of our courses has an exclusive forum associated with it.  All registered delegates of that course have lifetime access to it.

The forum is monitored and led by our instructors.   They can and do respond directly to questions and concerns, but also they encourage all delegates to participate in the discussions!

Questions, thoughtful new discussion topics, relevant links and articles are encouraged from all participants.

Sometimes topics originally brought up here will be developed further by our instructors into future “Lunch & Learn” topics.

In addition, relevant articles and other resources will be researched and added to our course resources pages.

Our goal is to be a trusted partner for the future years of your bright career in Facilities Management!

Certificates & CEUs

We publish a general interest newsletter regularly.  In addition, each of our Courses has a newsletter associated with it as well.

These newsletters perform different functions.

The general interest one will inform you primarily about our calendar, new course offerings, and other “global” information.

The course specific ones are designed to keep you informed about topics of interest in the forum, coming “Lunch & learn” topics, relevant news articles, new education opportunities and other course specific news.  In addition, links are provided in a summary area to resources, additional articles, etc. that are further detailed in your course forum (if you login).  This provides you with key relevant information for your FM career in an “executive” format.

Our intention is to provide you with useful information without cluttering up your inbox.

All of our newsletters are optional of course, you may unsubscribe at any time.
